What is your background and what have you done at LabChem?
I graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with a B.S. in Chemistry in 1993. I started as a chemist and began transitioning into the compliance role about seven years ago.
What keeps you going? What is your personal motivation?
I enjoy the challenge of keeping up with the changing regulatory landscape.
