How long have you been at LabChem and why?
I started out at LabChem as a chemist in 1996. I've stayed because of the variety of opportunities I've seen and the wide ranging experiences I've had as part of a small company.
What is your background and what have you done at LabChem?
I received my B.S. in Chemistry from Saint Vincent College in 1994 and my MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. Since then I've moved from Manufacturing Manager to Operations Manager to current position of VP of Operations.
What keeps you going? What is your personal motivation?
I like being able to participate in many levels of our business in order to satisfy the specific needs of our customers. I enjoy being able to see how all departments can provide value to the many different industries our customers serve.
