Q. Why is LabChem moving?
A. After 27 years of growth and development, our operations have been split across 5 buildings. We will be relocating all operations into one state-of-the-art facility, allowing us to be more efficient, take on additional capabilities, and better serve you.
Q. Will your relocation change any shipping conditions or practices?
A. LabChem will still be located in the greater Pittsburgh area. Shipping times to your location will not change. Carriers, shipment methods, and transit times will remain the same.
Q. Will you maintain any operations in your current location?
A. No, the Jackson's Pointe location is configured to offer you all of the same capabilities, as well as some expanded and improved operations.
Q. What should I do if I am concerned about my account, existing orders and invoices? What about other questions?
